If you arrived on a plane illegally, wouldn't you just get sent back to where you came in from? Surely they should bounce them back to Calais?

I just wanted to put all of these quotes in one post, in the hope that some of you can read these back, and possibly understand how despicable and disgusting you all sound. And so that I can link to it in the future, when the horrifyingly wicked trend of opinion of this forum is being disputed (here and elsewhere)..

If they caught them at all, they can claim asylum in the UK so we can't bounce them back to Calais. Which of course means our EU partners in France get one over on us again.

That's a nice idea, but we're not doing that are we? What we tend to do is sit around being one of the most wealthy and developed countries in the World, where people can live in relative prosperity and safety, and generally speaking turning a blind eye to what's occurring in the rest of World, unless it directly impacts us.

I'm not saying it's right to just open the floodgates, but wishing death on the people trying to cross is sick when I doubt any of us, in their shoes, can say we would definitely do differently.

To the admins reading this.. You're going to allow that kind of thing here?. This is worse than most of the shocking, disgusting, puerile tripe you might expect to read on a hate forum like stormfront. Is that was the blue place is about now?.

You've been here since 2004, you should know it's always been like this. It used to be DD and VIRII (and certain forum owners), now it's this lot.

Well I apologise, I'll edit that out. I had thought I'd filtered the jokers. Your post gave me the impression that you had half an understanding of the issue, and yet still reached a horrid and idiotic conclusion; which made it quite sad. Alas I got the wrong end of the stick x.

And no, there's absolutely no chance of an intelligent objective debate on this subject, in the light of the way that our society has been conditioned to react to immigration. I don't think my having an ounce of compassion is causing the issue.

Well I guess that's where we differ then - despite my moaning, I quite like Britain like it is and think it's worth resisting the changes applied by external forces as much as possible.
