But I've already told you!!!!!
We're already doing what we can as a country, there is a system already in place that works to assess people based on whether or not they need asylum or can be sent home, but it isnt big enough.
For it to be big enough to cope it needs more money, and good luck trying to get voters to spend extra taxes on it because I know exactly what the result will be if its mentioned!
The bit you are getting wound up over is the inbetween bit, the bit where they cant get a job because they arent residents, this also means they arent entitled to housing apart from this hotel thingy (which is only being done as everywhere else is full).
More taxes into it would mean hiring more assessors and weeding out those non-genuine claims quicker, getting the bad eggs home quicker which then frees up places in the purpose built accomodation, taking them out of hotels so the DM doesn't have a story anymore.
We already integrate and educate as best we can, we have free schooling and a free NHS.
If you had never worked a day in your life, and neither had any of your family for the last 500 years or whatever then you would still be entitled to those services, and benefits, and social housing.
So in short, the system needs more money, as does social housing, as does the NHS and as does the education system. If they even put taxes up for a service you use you'll moan about it so they cant win really can they?
