2.1 speaker setup.

Im in the market for a quality 2.1 setup as im not that impressed with my current creative i-trigue 3330's. Are the Aego m's still the top choice? Ive also heard good things about Edifiers, i was looking at theese.

My soundcard is an Asus xonar DX. System is used for movies, (blu ray/dvd) games and music. Thanks for any advice.

Cant afford an essence im afraid, so im stuck with my DX, headphones are goldring ns1000's which are pretty good. Just need some better speakers.

Arent the edifier 1600's a 2.0 setup? Are you using those Rroff, if so whats your thoughts? My primary uses will be music in flac and blu ray, i game with my headphones on.
