Thanks guys. I was waiting to see what prices the 69xx cards were going to be but if the rumors are deemed to be true they're out of my price range at the moment. Perhaps I'll wait a little longer, maybe after Christmas and check out the prices again. If not I'll be going with the 5850 xfire

5850 in crossfire will beat any single card solution out in the market at the moment, very fast when crossfire'd. You could also look at 6870 in crossfire as they scale really, really well and temperatures are cool when gaming

i have proof they cant overcome a 5970 :/
