£200 camera with a viewfinder

Hey,

My grandad wants a digital camera but doesn't fancy using the screen. So, can anyone recommend a good camera with a viewfinder?

Budget is £200

Canon PowerShot A1200 is the only one I can think of below that price point (£60 iirc) but obviously at that price point it's not an incredible performer.
