2005 chevvy matiz rocker to air box breather pipe

Hi guys,

My better half has a 1.0 matiz. I noticed the rocker to air box breather pipe has snapped at the t-junction and the small pipe is badly cracked.

I've found a couple of part numbers but google hasn't revealed anything. Anyone have any ideas? If I could find out the size vac pipe I could get a new lenght, cut it to size and get a new 3-way t-piece.
