Hi all,

Its been a while since I have been on here (around 7 years!) but i think it is finally time that I upgrade the PC which I bought and built from here back in 2010. Here is the load up and pricing from back then. I have actually upgraded the SSD to a 500gb one and have a new 850 power supply as a warantee replacement from corsair as it broke last year. I want to try and get the machine firing again on modern games without spending a fortune (ideally under £1000). Any advice would be appreciated...

My monitor is the Samsung P2370 23" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Glossy Black so assume this is 1080p? Case still seems to be fine so would keep case and power supply and SSD and look to upgrade other components.

Any Help would be much appreciated... I am also looking at the potential of getting a 17 inch gaming laptop instead but not sure which is best around the £1800 mark... I quite like the look of the razer blade pro.
