Hi.

I apologize but I have decided not to get the fully electric Hyundai Ioniq as public charging would cost me £6/mile.
I also do not want to install a home charger.
[ 60p slow charging , 79p rapid charging, 70p slow charging at work! ]

Which would be a better purchase between 2017 BMW 330e and a 2015 Honda Civic?
Both are selling for almost the same £'s.
Insurance for BMW is only £50 more.
I only do two 50mile commutes every week and then a trip to my local ASDA etc. during the weekends.

Guys, I went and bought the Bimmer!
Servicing has been done twice every year according to Auto-records.com. The dealer has only given me the paper copies of the servicing for the last 2 years. I have done a full service today at a Indy garage nearby which was recommended on a Bimmer forum ( Google led me to it and I am not a member ). The tyres need replacing and the rear brake pad is 50% worn. I would have replaced the tyres regardless as I always get new ones whenever I buy a used car.

A 3 pin home charger has also been provided. I will try to fully charge the battery tomorrow.

Should I do any other checks? RAC seem to do a 200 or so point inspection. Is that and the full service the same thing?
