***2019 powerlifting totals***

    The 2019 Powerlifting Totals table will be for lifts performed ONLY in 2019! Last years and subsequent years totals will be included in this thread for comparisons sake.


    I would really recommend you put your totals on this board no matter how big or small. It's a nice way to track your progress and can occasionally generate a bit of competition between members which always results in more gainz


    State your 1RM (one rep max) for the 3 big lifts in Kilos. Preferably using a normal Olympic 20kg barbell.
      1. Squat
      2. Bench
      3. Deadlift
    • State your bodyweight in Kilos.

    Well since I used to post here I have had a torn rotator cuff, 2 shoulder dislocation and damaged ligaments in both knees so have barely train in 2 years. Just started again and my depressing totals are:

    I've got a competition next Sunday so it'll hopefully be higher. I've been suffering from bad hamstring pain for the last 4 years (grade 2 tear) but it's finally feeling better so fingers crossed.
    It'll also be my first competition as a 105 lifter
