Car in question is a 1.8 Yaris SR.

Need two new front tyres.

Previous tyres I have had where Hankook Ventus V12 Evo's & Before that Bridgestone RE040's

Money is a little tight at the moment so would rather not spend more than £100 each fitted (unless someone finds me a bargain)

All replies appreciated, discuss.

Bit of an odd size that, best looking tyre I can see close to £100 fitted is the v12 evo again at £110 or P zero Nero's at £115.

Up to £130+ before you're into sport contact/as2's - I'd probably pay it tbh, my Sport contact 3's have been fantastic

*edit they aren't even AS2's, it's RSA's - i'm not sure what they are in all honesty*

Same size as mine. I've just had 2 SportContact3's fitted, seem very good so far. Camskill will do SC3s for £98 each, but that doesn't include fitting, but they'd be well worth going a little over budget for if you can find a local to fit them for a decent price.

45? not 40? [edit] Sorry; shouldn't doubt you - it just seems an odd size

Avon ZZ3?

I'd echo that. I've just replaced two Potenzas on the front of my Fiesta S1600 (205/40/17) and I'm very happy with them. they came in at £190 from etyres fitted at my workplace. Fitter remarked how good the tyres were and thought they were punching above their weight... that's just information only though, don't take that as gospel. I've had no issues in the wet or dry so far.

only downside so far is that the ridge to protect the alloy rims doesn't stick out quite as much as the bridgestone's did.

I'm sure I've seen ZZ3's cheaper for the tyres themselves if you can take them somewhere to be fitted?
