2080ti - Fans No Longer Idling

Hi,

One of those annoying problems that has come out of nowhere.

I've been running my 2080ti with a custom fan curve in MSI afterburner and had the fans off until 45C.

Since this morning, the fans will not switch off and run at 15% minimum. Temps are under 30C.

I've uninstalled Nvidia drivers and MSI afterburner and reinstalled but the fans no longer switch off fully, even with just the default drivers and fan profile and no Afterburner.

They ramp up on on boot, stop straight away while loading in to Windows and then start again after about 15 seconds.

Any ideas?

I'd try taking the card out, giving it a clean and reseating it, just to rule that out.

Checked for malware?

Checked for malware?

No recent updates or driver changes. The last drivers installed were about a week ago and been fine up until today.

Checked malware and nothing.
