21CN yes, ADSL2 no

If my exchange is 21CN enabled should it offer ADSL2? Whats the point of upgrading an exchange but not allowing customers to get the new speeds. I'm on BT by the way, but it's the same for two other people on the same exchange but different ISPs.

Also after just checking, I received an email from BT saying they had upgraded the network in my area.

Is there any way to know if/when BT will decide to flick a switch and enable it?

You have to ask BT for a regrade to adsl2 products they don't tend to do it automatically.
