I think this was the best episode yet. Lots of twists and tense moments. I just wonder now if Jack's dad has ran away to do something bad, or set Jack up, or has he realised his mistakes?

Can somebody also remind me what Charles Logan did. Was he the vice president at one point after David Palmers assassination? I really need to watch these again.

He was the actual president after the first one was incapacitated in series 4 i think it was. He worked with Jacks brother to set up the terrorists with the biological weapons in series 5 which led to the assasination of Palmer.
