£250 upgrade to 144hz

If you can't wait to see what Navi offers in a few months time yes a Vega 56 is your best option from the red team but you have an RX570 so it might be worth waiting it out.

I would wait for Navi but if you have money burning a hole in your pocket I would go for the sapphire pulse vega 56. Followed by a large portion of the vega 56 owners forum.

Before you make the move, you need to make sure for the games you play, if your CPU can pump 2.4X times more fps to you new gpu.

Try to wait if you can but I have a vega 56 and it works great on 1080p 144Hz with a decent undervolt to keep temps and power usage in check.
