4.7Ghz and 1.37v (under load). High 70s sounds about right.

2600K Hotter Than 2500K ?

My max temp is 74c after 3 hours of prime on a 2600k @4.8GHz (with HT on).
I'm using the megahalems rev B with a couple of Scythe Slip Stream fans on push/pull. The good thing about the megahalems is that their max efficiency is running fans at 1200rpm, therefore I can set my fans not to exceed this speed and they're quiet even at full load while keeping the cpu below 74c.
I was thinking of buying the H70 before but I'm glad I didn't. However I'd expect some better performance from the venom :S. I'd suggest you double check your mounting and paste applying procedure
