2nd monitor advice... 24" samsung

I currently have a 24" samsung 245b. I'm looking to get another 24" monitor but will it really matter if it's a newer model? Or should I try searching for another 245b second hand or something? Any advice? Or anyone have a 245b they want to shift ?

It really comes down to, can you stand having two different monitors next to each other? For me that was a no so I had to go and buy two 24" 2443BW's
