Are both cards rated at the same speed? Try swapping them around, see if that helps.

Go into nvidia control panel and check the setting is correct for multi gpu's.

Funny thing is, I removed the recently purchasec card and then reinserted it. After rebooting the PC the card was detected and is now working in Multi-GPU![]()
