Oneshot had the same problem trying to update his PS3, it was updating for about 31/2 hours then when he realised it had done it in about 30 minutes

Mines back online well i was able to sign in the stores not up though but i think online gaming will work
yup p2p multiplayer is functional

Sony do pick their timing.... Just what are these updates anyhow, last one was nearly a whole day and nothing looked to have changed... lol

guess we can't grumble too much, it is a free service - but then I've always wondered about this... You pay a bit more for a PS3 and I bet somewhere the PSN Access is in that extra cost for a PS3... lol Hmmm I doubt it

just me and nothing is free thinking.
