Jelle Klaasen, Michael van Gerwen and Vincent van der Voort have all left the BDO to join the PDC. Good move for them, but i think they'll struggle against some of the better players. Van Gerwen struggled this year in the BDO champs, as did klaasen, and i really think klaasen was a one hit wonder. Can't see him winning much else.

Van Gerwin will do really well IMO

He beat Barney a number of times in Holland including in one major tournament (IDL i think it was). He has the game and plenty of time to mature.

Klaasen will do alright, wont be near the top but I'd put him in with the likes of Mardle, Mason... etc (ie those players that may make the quarter/semi finals but not quite enough to win anything).

Vincent van der Voort wont do very well IMO strange move for him to make since I don't think he'll make any more money than he does in the BDO.

Will they be taking part in the premier league? If so who's dropping out?

Infact, can someone explain how they decide which 8(?) players take part in the premier league?

Top 6 ranked players after the world grand prix (in October) which were:

Colin Lloyd
Phil Taylor
Dennis Priestley
Peter Manley
Roland Scholten
Terry Jenkins

Then 2 wild cards who can be given to anyone, currently only 1 has been announced Raymond Barneveld (obviously) the next one should be announced any day now. It's likely to be Adrian Lewis.
