I've been with Three for about four years now. Never had a problem, apart from the 1st year when signal was a bit crappy. But since the second year it's been perfect.
I have been with 3 for over 5 years now. Absolutely shocking customer service; problems have ALWAYS arisen when upgrading wrt obtaining things in writing and them overbilling. Even doing automatic online upgrades can cause them to get things wrong. It's like their separate departments never speak to each other.
But once you go past 2 or 3 stressed weeks of getting them resolved every 12/18 months, you can be guaranteed a decent network service at very reasonable prices.
Upgrade due next month, fingers crossed, it won't be as bad as previous years' attempts at getting thign right the first time but I won't hold my breath.

I've been using 3 for about 6 years now, they were pretty dire then, but now, they seem to have got their act together. Coverage is much better now,and I live in the sticks, customer service has improved vastly.
I've just gone on the "The one plan" seems pretty good for £25.
