30 Metre Crossover cable lose signal??

Im looking into purchasing a Belkin 30m Cat5e moulded UTP crossover cable to use with the ps2 so i can play online with my BT 1.1MB connection. But was wondering if 30 metres would be too much and cause it to lag in game.

It says on the ps2 site that they dont reccomend using over 50ft because it could lose signal. what does it mean lose signal?? and what would this do to online gaming?

it will work or it wont. you can loose signal which can slow data transfer, but for most things this wouldnt really matter.
just get a good qaulity sheilded cable (cat 5e)

 Of course it'll work, like I said, the spec for Cat 5e allows for runs upto 100m. At 30m you won't have any signal loss.
