£300 PC Spec for budget gaming.

Please spec me a low budget (£300) for just the computer (no Peripherals, monitor required).

Looking to play CS GO at 1080p @ 60 fps

don't think you will get a budget gaming machine even for £300 not at 1080p at 60fps.

You may be better off getting a second hand office PC and throwing a GPU in it.

You won't get much new for that. But you should be able to easily pick up a 60fps CS:GO capable rig used, that will give you a starting point for future upgrades (it will benefit from more ram and a GPU / CPU upgrade down the line).
