looks like no-one wants the 3080Ti.. all others now out of stock

those of you who bought the 3080FE.. will you be doing the thermal mod asap, or would you be letting the card settle before doing so?

kinda thought there was so much of a heat issue on the 3080 fe

mining yes, dpending on the game can get into the 90s Red Dead 2 I was getting high into the 90s vram but nvidia would say its within spec

I would just run the card at stock for awhile and note down the temps , I did mine after 2 weeks

I wont be touching mine, let it bed it and settle.

I game with headphones on most of the time so doubt I'd care anyway.

I'm tempted by a 3080ti, but concerned they haven't insta-sold out. is there any reasons for this? Issues with them?

cost and apparently very hot. They have a 3080 cooler on a 3090 chip.

isnt the best value compared to 3080fe for how much extra it costs and its also LHR Limited hash rate unlike the 3080fe

Wouldn't be mining on it so no concerns there. 3080fe was the sweet spot I was aiming for but have missed the boat again it appears. I think i'm clutching at straws being tempted by a 3080ti.

It all adds up why it doesnt get sold as quick, performance isnt worth £400 extra over the 3080 gets hotter as it uses the same cooler , add in LHR

I would say if your going to spent a over 1000 pounds on a card, might as well get an AIB 3080Ti with crazy LEDs and triple fans, it worth considering.

I cant even see any NV links for sale lol scalpers have got them
