31% car insurance rise this year

I am happy that insurance prices are increasing.

Just glad the insurance prices arnt stupid over here. I paid s0mething like £480 last year for my W reg Honda hr-v Vtec 39 yr old and 7yrs ncb. Over here it works out $500 for me and the wife on our 2005 jeep liberty.

Having said that you dont have to get insurance in New Hampshire, you can drive around without it. You'd have to be daft not too though, but i know tons of people that dont have car insurance.

they seem to be going up very inconsistently, I had my renewal through with admiral, was up £200ish (30%) on last year, despite, another years NCB, turning 25 and having points and an accident time out off my record. Quoted with Elephant, to offer cover with slightly better terms, for £100 less than my previous year quote = £300 saving over their sister company, both sides joked about it when asking where I'd come from/was going to, but would have been a lot easier if Admiral could have just matched it in the first place.
