£350-450 Upgrade

Hi All!

I'm looking to upgrade my PC and wondered if you could recommend me the best bang for my buck!
I currently have:
EVGA 1000W Gold PSU
GTX 1080ti
H110-D3A Motherboard (1151 socket)
4gb cheap ram
Small SSD
Cheap CPU

looking to upgrade the following:
RAM
CPU
Monitors (2 ideally)
Storage (not essential)

I will be using it for some light gaming but mainly programming, I'm flexible on price but £450 is probably my limit, I already have a mouse/ keyboard. Any suggestions? Thanks all!

The issue is that 2 new monitors are going to be at least £200.
I would decide between either monitors or PC.

I'd sell the 1080Ti, the motherboard, 4GB RAM and CPU. Then you can get a cheaper GPU for light gaming along with a couple of monitors and everything else.

I would love to know how you ended up with a 1080Ti, a 1000W Gold PSU, and just 4GB RAM. So if you feel inclined to share.
