£350 spend, whats best thing to upgrade?

Right, got some christmas money burning a hole in my pocket and wanted to do a bit of upgrading on my rig and was unsure what would reap the best performance rewards for the cash, current thoughts are swapping out my Q6600 for a Q9650 or maybe getting a HD 5870...would i see any big leaps forward in performance or should i spend my cash in other areas?

Q6600 @ 3.0ghz

8GB Corsair Quad2x DDR2-6400
1GB Sapphire HD4870 TOXIC

also try overclock your cpu even more. you have the system for it so its all free, and trust me there is quite a big difference when you start getting 3.2 and up
