360 rad enough for a 1070 and i5 6400?

time for me to pick a radiator for my desk build

I have a 1070 and an 15 6400 at 4ghz,will a 360 be enough,other choice is a hex 720 radiator,sizing doesn't really have to be precise as the radiator will be fastened under the desk

Yeah you'll be fine with that combo. Especially if the airflow to the rad isn't impeded by a case.

Better fans exist but they are like 2-3x the price for a degree or two.

so got my money ready and just going to place order when I saw another radiator for around the same money,its a triple 420 and I already have half a dozen phanteks PH-F140SP 140mm fans sat here doing nothing so I wouldn't have to buy fans,is the 360 still better than the 420?
