3G sim on O2, other devices?

Hey guys,

I have a PCMI card from work that gives me 3G access via my laptop, was wondering is the sim literally the same as i would have in say a blackberry if I bought one of them?

I am allowed to use the SIM as we get a lot of bandwidth but dont want to carry the horrible great laptop around with me.

So thoughts were balckberry or one of them much smaller form laptops (eepc?)

Is it likely that I can use the sim in something else or do they use different technology?

I would think they would be slightly different...best to ring up O2 and ask them if its possible.
