Got two atm and two more are coming. I'll be using the partition for the OS, games, burning, Zipping and burning. I want it to be as fast as possible ie RAID 0 but with the extra data I'll be putting on it (have the RAR and ISO files on my 500GB storage drive) I wouldn't mind a bit of redundancy. I want it faster then what it currently is too.

EVGA 680i board with standard controller.

Raid 0? Stripe No Redundancy << Would take this for speed as your board will support it if it does not do Raid 5

Raid 1? Mirror Redundancy

Raid 5? Stripe with Redundancy << I would choose this if your board takes it.

Raid 10? Mirror and Strip with Redundancy.

I however only know one board that does Raid 10, thats the new MSI 775 board.

I know what RAID 0 is

Yeh? ..... The link I give you is the start of Raid levels........ not what I linked you. Select a Raid value to find out what it is and then investigate into which Raid level you would like. :D

Just got the other two through. Got 4GB of RAM arriving later so once that's in I'll RAID 0 the four of them and just back it up to the 500GB drive as above. Still undecided on Vista or XP though!
