Take it you want to see what the KW power of a 40cc moped or minimoto is? Having the hp is what you need first then.

Well were getting a petrol chainsaw, and we have a 1500watt electric chain saw atm, so we want a petrol chainsaw to be as good or better then the electric one??

as Kristoph said you need the HP of the petol one, the electric is equal to 2HP

I would expect a 40cc petrol one to be about the same tbh

A quick check shows most 40cc ones to be about 1.7HP so 1500W should be fine
