4870 512mb > 5850 1GB worthwhile?

Gaming Res: 1680 by 1050

I like the sound of mlaa for games that don't have native aa.

well ofc its faster and would allow higher detail etc, but not convinced at the re you run it would be worth the upgrade tbh.

If you can buy another 4870 and crossfire them. If your more after dx11 support go for an 6950 instead.

Noticed quite a difference in games, well worth it for me.

your card should still be pretty capable at that res . id stick with it for a while but if your desperate you can get 5850s pretty cheap . even cheaper second hand
