4HD and 5HD juddering

TV is LG UH850V.
I think I have most settings to off but at times I find the TV still quite juddery in pan shots. Channel4 and 5 (in HD) are the worst. Is this a channel issue or a TV thing?

Any ideas?

What’s your input source? Freeview via the TV, or sky etc?

I’ve seen TV’s struggle with Interlaced content (1080i) which the old skyboxes output.

Issue resolved with 1080p/UHD content (sky q for example)

Sorry never realised there was a reply.
Freeview HD through the TV.

Finally got round to watching avengers infinity war at home and the end credits the names appearing on screen would flicker on and off a couple of times before appearing. I can't imagine this is intentional?
Credit scroll had the "usual" judder too.

Try the tvs motion settings. Sony has the best then Panasonic but LG is a close third

Try and turn all picture processing setting off, particularly 'TruMotion'

That's more likely to make it juddery.

Trumotion gives that weird soap opera affect where things look unnaturally smooth.

^Try this, had to turn it off all together with my 630V, makes it judder something awful.

Yep. Turn motion off. Had to do that on my Sony. Was awful on some blu rays

I'm sure everything is turned off (sorry back and forth with work) Just noticed it watching Great British Menu

the simspons on 4HD+1 was really bad when it was "panning" a street scene with shop fronts.
