Hi guys,l want to add a second monitor to my computer. I currently have a Samsung SD27850 which is a 27", 1440p monitor. It has been a nice upgrade from my older Samsung 24", 1200p TN monitor. Unfortunately, it lacks FreeSync and it's "just" 1440p and l would like a 27" 4K monitor with Freesync and LFC.

I have done some research and some nice monitors that have caught my eye are:

1. LG 27UK650-W or 27UK850-W. The latter only has more connectivity options that are no use for me from what l read.

2. HP Envy 27s

3. BenQ-PD2700U Ticks all the boxes but it doesn't support Freesync.

Budget is around €600 but l wouldn't mind spending less! Any other options to recommend guys?

Blow your budget and get the Acer Nitro 4K.
While the term, blow your budget can be subjective that monitor costs roughly €1070 euros.

I have decided to go for a 32" monitor for 4K and the BenQ EW3270U has caught my eye. It also has Freesync with LFC which would be an upgrade from my current monitor that doesn't support adaptive refresh. I was planning on ditching the monitor stand and replace it with a desk stand.

I didn't think any 60Hz 4k monitors had LFC due to the freesync range being too narrow for it to be possible?
With a range of 40-60Hz LFC wouldn't be possible. Or does it go all the way down to 30, which would be the bare minimum for LFC.
Though if I were hitting sub 30 fps I'd be dropping my settings!
