4K Blu-ray player recommendations 2023

Hi all, I'm looking for a 4K Blu-ray player after finding out that the PS5 is quite limited as a Blu-ray player and doesn't support Dolby Vision.

My setup is:
LG 65QNED866QA
Denon AVR-X2800H DAB
Wharfedale DX2 5.1.2

I found some older threads where the Panasonic DP-UB820EB was recommended, but I'd like to know what would I be missing if I got something cheaper like the DP-UB450EB?

Both of these support Dolby Vision and HDR10+, and I'm not too bothered about upscaling, just want it to send the exactly what is on the Blu-ray to my receiver and support all current video and audio tech. In terms of playing a Blu-ray with Dolby Vision & Atmos, would there be any difference between those two players, and are there any others worth considering?

Thanks for the reply. When you say picture quality is better, in what way?

I thought if it's just sending the video data down the HDMI cable there would be no difference, or are you saying the 820 has better picture enhancement features or upscaling?
