4k for a CAH!

Im looking at a renaultsport clio 172
Ive seen a lot of very good condition 172s on pistolheads but if theres any other nice car for around or under 4k then id rly appreciate it. mainly aiming for a phase 1, also any ideas on insurance or are there better cars for less insurance?
