Anybody know who he is?

He looks famaliar, but i think it's only because he has some slight resemblance to Max Helyer from You Me at Six.

Ive tried googling 4music presenter but havnt found out.

They just came back on, the dude's name is Matt and they claimed the female presenter are bro and sis/.
