Well after playing it some more, it's a good game but most definately not GOTY. I don't think the music is all that good tbh - the eighties music seems to be just the usual chart topping stuff which can be found on any 'hits of the eighties' cd... and they need to fix the driving as it's crap, the back end of every car has super sticky tires so you have no chance of doing a power slide around corners and motorbikes just don't want to lean 
having said that I love the flying - well planes anyway as helicopters seem to be really slow to control!!!
