5 week diet to lose 10lbs. Please critique

Nothing. But its a forum primarily about PC stuff, whereas bodybuilding.com is centred around what you're asking so you might get better answers...that's all.

That's very true, he might get better info. However, it might be worth you having a look at some of the threads on here, there are some very knowledgable people.
Also there is the advantage that here we have lots of different sports people. Advice ranges from running, cycling and rowing to nutrition to strength and building mass. We aren't limited to bbing only :)
We aren't all pc geeks you know ;)

Oh, if I was going to recommend another bb specific forum it wouldn't be bb.com anyway :p

I run my own bbing forum and the members on there are very knowledgable. I just wanted to see what ocuk had to say. A member on my forum has reworked my diet and now it looks like this.

Wake up 5:20am
10g of L-Glutamine,5g BCAA's, multi vitamins.

6:45am meal 1
Whey Protein shake
100g oatmeal

9:00am meal 2
100g tuna with a salad
100g whole grain pasta
25g almonds

10:30am meal 3
whey protein shake

12pm meal 4
100g chicken breast
2 slices burgen bread
100g vegies
25g almonds

2pm (pre-workout) meal 5
100g chicken
100g oatmeal

2:30pm weight training

3:30pm (post-workout) meal 6
whey protein shake
100g oatmeal

4:00pm meal 7
100g chicken breast
50g of whole grain pasta

6:00pm meal 8
100g Tuna
100g vegies

9:00pm meal 9
casein shake
25g almonds

Thats about 300g carbs, 170g protein and around 50g fat.

Bbing.com is horrible. Its a shame because it used to be awesome but now theres just way too many members giving out all sorts of wrong advice. I'd rather post on a smaller forum and get better replies.
