Thanks... that clears up the MoBo issue and DDR3 would be better,
Is there a reason i shud use the NZXT case?

Also i would preffer a better PSU as 420watt may not be effcient if i want to add a gfx later down the line, plus i can see the 80mm fan being more noise

The NZXT Beta is a great little case, which is probably the best for the price. The one you posted is from a company that i wouldn't trust making my breakfast to and is made of tacky plastic with bad cooling. That PSU actually goes up to 480W, but same difference. If you don't mind having a rather low efficiency rating then go for this:
