Going corsair would either mean an inferior Hynix kit for around the same price or paying an extra 50% markup if you wanted dual rank B-die which considering both brands would get the modules from Samsung you'll end up paying for the name rather than the product.
2x32gb dual rank is like having 4 sticks but without the extra strain on the memory controller and since the OP wants a minimum of 32gb then it makes no sense to fill the 4 slots with 8gb Sticks leaving no room to upgrade in the future if more capacity is needed. Not really. 4x Single rank B-die is a much better configuration for the 5000 series. The money spent on the AIW probably isn’t needed.
Forgive me I had never heard of that ram before, two sticks would be my preference... leaving me room to upgrade. Think AIO will fit ok.... Might go for 5900x![]()
You would spend £300 on 2 16gb kits with timings of 18-19-19-39 so not even B-die vs £200 32gb B-die kit with timings of 16-16-16-38 not to mention pairing a £500 CPU with a £24 budget air cooler says it all really. This seem the best route to performance.
I’ve used the last two motherboards in a similar configuration and the performance was excellent. The X570S is an updated version and it’s looks promising.
My basket at Overclockers UK:
- 1 x AMD Ryzen 9 5900X Twelve Core 4.8GHz (Socket AM4) Processor - Retail= £499.99

- 2 x Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 16GB (2x8GB) 3600 MHz DDR4 Dual Channel Memory Kit Ryzen Tuned= £149.99
- 1 x Arctic Freezer 34 CO CPU Cooler - 120mm= £24.95
- 1 x Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus WiFi (AMD AM4) DDR4 X570 Chipset ATX Motherboard= £179.99

So you would spend £100 more for slower ram with no room to upgrade capacity in the future then cheap out on a 150w rated cooler for a cpu which can draw up to 200w if you push it...No, I’d buy the 4x8gb 1R kit myself. The AC HSF is more than capable of cooling the 5900X.

Can you take advantage of more cores ? if so you can still get a 5900x and 32gb of ram in my sprc for under a £1000.Use my system to build small isos for a linux distro. No gaming or video work. If I go for 5800x then I may end up buying more ram!
