5800X3D only @ 3600?

I have just upgraded my gaming rig to the following a couple of days ago

Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus WIFI II
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3D Cache Eight Core 4.5GHz
Asus GeForce RTX 3080 TUF OC Gaming LHR 12GB
Team Group 8Pack Edition 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C14 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit (from previous build) 8Pack RAM

It just looks to me if the CPU will only run at 3600 (even under Prime95) and the RAM @ 1066?

I have enabled DOCP profile which picks up my RAM but screen shot is saying otherwise, whats going on? (me being stupid?)

Did you update bios to newest version?

I tried setting RAM to 3200 manually in bios, but it wont post

Reset bios to defaults and then see if you can enable DOCP

So when i load optimal defaults and reboot i can choose profile BIOS1
When i reboot after choosing 'profile1' , system will not post BIOS2
I then enable 'Asus optimal' from the ez mode and it boots ok BIOS3

CPU/RAM now....RAM OK - CPU Not? (whilst running Prime95) Surely CPU should boost to 4.5Ghz?
