6+ people in a 5 seater = legal/illegal??

It is law in France that every passenger must have a seatbelt. If the situation is remotely similar in the UK then I'd say you'll want to count the amount of seatbelts in your car

My dad was working in Mongolia for 3years a while back and my mum and sister went to visit one summer, my sister said they would regularly cram at least 25 people into their little UAZ minivan things.

Talk about the most ridiculous question ever asked. Its fairly obvious you can only carry as many people your car was designed to carry ie the number of seatbelts.
