Yesterday I bought parts for my computer build, which I'm going to use for graphic design and a bit of gaming, but the thing is I think I bough the wrong power supply as it is corsair rm650, which means its only 650w. My other parts are;

Ryzen 7 1800x (cpu)
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW (gpu)
Asus Crosshair VI Hero (motherboard)
NZXT Kraken x62 (aio cooler)
Transcend 240GB SSD
WD 2TB Hardrive
Trident Z RGB Series 32 GB (ram)
2 of NZXT RGB 120mm Fans
NZXT Hue+ RGB Dual Channel LED Controller

Could I get away with 650w or should I sell it as I already opened it? (what a stupid idea, I know :( ).

I'm putting a very similar load on my 650W and I can barely even get the fan to spin. You're completely fine dude. Don't worry.
