My first open loop build for my 7900X, all core overclock 4.7ghz 1.152v full load im getting 68c for the cpu, the loop also has a watercooled 1080 overclocked to 2009mhz and that is hitting 52c, room is not that warm 25.2c. Water temp is sitting at 38c and 42c at two points in the loop. D5 pump 3300rpm, se360, se280 and se140 with varder fans running at around 1500rpm in a Fractal R6. What should I look at to reduce temps?

That's a pretty high water temp, be aware that many pumps are designed to be exposed to a maximum of 40°C liquid.

I'm not too familiar with the 7900x but that seems like a high clock. Have you checked your thermal paste application and waterblock mounting? Because the GPU temperature is considerably lower.
