I am looking at upgrading my graphics card from an ATI X600, probably to an XFX 320mb 8800gts XXX
Current machine spec:
AMD Athlon 3500+
ASUS A8N-E Motherboard
3gb RAM
350W PSU (Will upgrade to 620W Enermax Liberty)
However, I am wondering whether the card will actually fit, particularly the enormous cooler.
I have attached a picture of the motherboard (the card at the top is the X600). The HDD can be moved but the main concern is the chipset fan fouling the underside of the card or overheating due to lack of airflow:
Do you think the 8800gts wil fit?
Also, does anyone know what the actual dimensions of the card are (have checked XFX site but there are no details).
