8800GTS With a 500W PSU (17A and 18A on x2 12v lines)!?

I am going to get an 8800GTS however I read that - "the Minimum 500W PSU is required with 25A on 12V rail". What exactly does this mean if a PSU has 2 12V lines?

ie I am looking at a PSU with this output - http://www.antec.com/specs/Phantom500_spe.html

17A and 18A on the 12v lines.

I hope it will work with this PSU as its the only semi fanless PSU I can find at that wattage...

d.w they really really exaggerate those outputs.

im sure it only uses about 12A, and only uses around 150W. over all ** system should use less than 300W, so you'll be fine. they are using EXTREME rigs, with loads of HDD and opticals, a lot of add-in cards, and everything OCed.

On this same PSU I had an 8800GTX working fine so should be ok (its FS in the MM BTW!!).http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17828893
