By the looks of it a decent system with a 8800GTx card should reach 12k on 3d mark.. What increase would i see however if i went and got another 8800GTX and made it SLI

With an educated guess around a 60%ish increase, so maybe around 19-20k. But I really wouldn't recommend you get another one just to boost your 3dmark score and e-penis. I'd be surprised if a single card would struggle with any game at 1920x1200 and below.

actualy 2006 = sli 80gtxs will net you about 15-16k

though for that your going to need a super speedy cpu, = e6600 @3.6+ghz at least, or quadcore2duo.

If you was to spend another 400 quid on a GFX card just to be overkill then why not sell you current CPU and upgrade to maybe a quadcore ?

isn't that why most of us 'elite' run the fastest hardware?

If it's games I want, I'll use my xbox360 :D

If thats the case, i'll swap you you're pair of GTX's for my GTS!!! :D

It's a criminal waste if you don't game with that setup!!

Shame your audio system is utter pish. Mines better by several magnitudes. I doubt you'll be able to afford what I have.

I guess three open copies of notepad require existing rig eh?
