Thank you all very much! I'll post a few more as i process them. :)

I've had the 10-22 for a while, but i did buy a 24-105f4 L IS out there.

Which ones look wonky? First 4 should be horizontal, but the 5th has quite a bit of perspective so doesnt look level but i'm pretty sure it is and the 6th is obviously off but i like the angle... It's quite funny actually but my monitor is a little wonky so sometimes its hard for me to tell! :D

Thank you. :)

Pictures 4 & 6 were taken in Beijing! The others were in Shanghai and Hong Kong. I spent a month backpacking around China and now have a mountain of about 5000 pictures to sort through!

Haha, cheers Sprout!

How long are you back in the bay for? I'm flying back to Germany tomorrow for christmas, but back here for new years!

Have you thought about straightening #1? It looks a bit dodge how the buildings are tilted.

Do you mean the way the building curve towards the centre? Not sure how to fix it but i'm pretty sure its just because of the lens used...

Some great shots there :) I particularly like No's 2, 15 and 16 of your new batch. That tube shot has a real impact on me, the impression of speed and the lighting is spot on. How did you take the shot, hanging off the end of a speeding train perhaps? :D

I can't criticise any of your shots except perhaps to say that you should number them so it makes it easier to identify and talk about them.

Cheers! It was one of those trains with no driver so we were sat in the front and able to take pictures through the main window, wouldn't fancy hanging out of the window on a chinese underground train!!!

Good point on the numbering, i'll make sure to do it from now on!

Great shots with fantastic colours -- even when the weather looks grey! There's some niggles with some of them though (like the excessive angle on the one with the kid and statue, and some are slightly wonky) -- but they're very well taken.

In addition to what Tonks has said, can you leave your EXIF in your shots too? It's always interesting to see how shots have been taken.

Thank you! I think i'm going to have to have to look over those horizons more/have my eyes tested!!!

The weather was quite grey for most of my trip which was very annoying! Especially in Hong Kong! You can go up the hill behind the buildings in the photo on a tram and you usually get an amaying view of lights stretching off into the distance... However when i went up I was in the middle of a cloud!

No 1, is too distorted for me and the blur in no 4 doesn't work for me.

No 5 and no 8 are FANTASTIC! I'd be very proud of them if I were you!

I've got a different version of number 1 that i've yet to process and put together, its a series of close ups of each building so should avoid the distortion, i think it'll look a lot better! Well I hope it will because I think it'll take me a while to do...

I did think about sharpening up 4, but in the end i decided to keep the blur, for me it made it feel kind of mystical, which is how it felt at the time of taking the picture because i'd just arrived in china and thats the gate between the forbidden city and tiananmen square. Its a truely amazing place.

I should have some more pics to add next week. I left all my pictures back in England so I cant process them at the moment! Havent even looked at the rest actually. There mostly of a hike along tiger leaping gorge which was pretty breathtaking! Massive rapids, glaciers up on the mountains, waterfalls, crazy wooden plank paths above insane drops and men armed with donkeys!

Thank you all for the feedback, i'll keep it in mind!
