A & E on a Saturday night

I had to wait 3 hours on sunday morning once. Drunks, drug users, loud mouths, people shouting at each other, babies crying, packed with nowhere to sit. Its not a nice place to be no matter what time or day you go.

Its like that all the time in pretty much every A&E waiting room.

FYI, A&E can be very variable. I've frequently been at A&E at Southampton General and the Royal Hampshire County Hospital during Saturdays. Sometimes like people have said, it's a 4 hour wait, sometimes it's empty. You really can't tell.

Funny that, last time I went to A&E on a Sunday morning I was in and out in an hour and that included triage, x-rays etc... The place was empty.

Hopefully the OP will post pics of the before and after

It wasn't too bad, only a 2 hour wait on a Saturday night which is pretty good.

However, the earplug is in so deep that even the ENT ward can't do anything other than pull out tiny fragments of foam at a time....most of it is still in there, and atm the process is excruciating so I basically wimped out and arranged to go back tomorrow for another torture session.

Probably time to stop wearing earplugs.
