A Lads Night Out in Dublin...

Hey,

I'm organising a lads night out in Dublin for about 10-15 of my mates early in July. We're gonna be there for 2 full days and a night, so was just looking for experience from people who've done something similar... firstly are there any nice cheap B&B's which are close to the city centre? And what are the main things to do and see (both during the day and the night)?

how much do they cost per night roughly? And how much money would we need each for 2 days (factoring in large quantities of Guiness and food!).
